In order to achieve this commitment, Renders India has adopted a policy of operating a coordinated Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards, by providing the framework of setting and reviewing management objectives and targets.
Renders Quality Management System (QMS) is based on ISO: 9001-2008 norms and is certified by TUV, Austria. The QMS is subject to a yearly audit by the TUV, Austria in addition to the periodic audits conducted internally and audits by client bodies. The principles and procedures of our QMS are communicated to all of our employees and periodically training and suitable supervision are conducted to ensure that our quality policies are well implemented in every level of our work.

Renders strongly believe that healthy, safe, secure and environmental sustainable work is quite essential for the well being of all who are directly or indirectly connected to Renders, they may be our employees and their families, contractors, suppliers, visitors and all other stakeholders.
We believe that HSSE related incidents can be prevented and impacts reduced through implementation of standard HSSE policies into practice. Our intention is clear that is to remove or reduce the risks to health, safety and welfare of all our employees, workers, contractors, visitors and anyone else who may be affected by our business operations.
We bring into practice standard and internationally accepted HSSE policies and procedures in everything that we do that is reflected in every products that we make or every projects that we execute.

Our Management (the supervisors and / or manager) is responsible for providing and maintaining:

• a safe working environment
• ensure standard procedure of work to be followed to reduce risk
• safe systems of work
• plant and machinery in safe condition
• facilities for the welfare of all workers
• safety induction and necessary training to all workers
• periodical training, updating safe work culture to workers
• any information, instruction, training and supervision needed to make sure that all workers are safe from injury and risks to their health

Workers are responsible for:

• ensuring their own personal health and safety, and that of others in the workplace
• complying with any reasonable directions, safety supervisions (such as safe work procedures, wearing personal protective equipment) given by management for health and safety)
