The material or the batch to be processed is being aggressively agitated along with the beads. The necessary energy for dispersion and grinding is transmitted to the grinding beads by the agitator discs. The higher degree of collision between beads, agitator discs, materials and tank chamber inside the chamber brings about fine grinding effect. .The mill is fed continuously by the pump. The material holding time inside the chamber is controlled by variation of the pump speed.They are also popularly known as Lab Dyno Mills or Lab Super Flow Mills.

  • The dwell time is fixed by the operator, dwell time is controlled by the pumping rate. When the dwell time is longer, the grinding becomes finer.
