Finished material or final product discharged by following ways:
- Extrusion: Provision of extruder or extrusion screw is equipped to enhance mixing and kneading and as well extraction from the bottom of the trough.
- Tilting: The trough is tilted to approximately 90⁰ to 120⁰ for direct unloading of the material.
- Valves: Using of proper valves is simple and cost effective way for discharging of finished materials with less to medium viscosity.
- Combination of Extrusion and Tilting: Our SmartMix Sigma Mixers may consist both the mechanism of extrusion and tilting, giving a smarter choice of material extraction to our customers.
Our precisely calculated torque, revolutions of sigma blades, gear ratios, shape and dimensions of sigma blades, trough, base frame etc. and bearings, sealing system, couplings etc. make our SmartMix Sigma Mixers give unmatched quality and superior performance.

A wide range of Sigma blades option is available to choose from to suit your application and process best. Some of blade types are Z-shaped blades, Double Wing blade, Spiral blades, Naben type, Double Naben type etc

Counter rotating sigma blades or Z-blades are designed and manufactured by applying thorough systematic engineering and machining process. The blades go through all requisite rigorous tests to make them perform marvelously. Wide range of material construction is available including Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS) and other materials. Special care of selection is opted for food and pharmaceutical industries.
The construction material of U shaped or W- shaped trough or the bowl can be configured to suit your requirement. The sturdy, stable and vibration-free base frame mostly made by mild steel (MS of all grades) gives mounting support to the entire machinery to withstand heavy static and dynamic loads.

The option of Insulation or Jacket is available for cooling or heating by steam, oil, water. Electric heaters can also be incorporated.
The SmartMix Sigma Kneaders may possess smart features that include speed controller, temperature and pressure monitoring devices, programmable logic controller (PLC) ,HMI control panel, touch panels, limit switches, sensors, auto-valves and several other highly advanced features to make your entire set of machinery and process ‘smarter’.
SmartMix Sigma Kneaders are painted and coated superiorly for great aesthetic looks and long life span. A supreme finishing touch of the wetted parts i.e. buffing, polishing etc give the machines unmatched look and performance.
